Description

This list contains just under 2,300 US organisations who currently use Lotus Notes (the software package that provides electronic mail, database design, storage, and processing capabilities), with named most senior IT executive (IT Director or equivalent); the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations, including many well known US firms.  The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to existing Lotus Notes users in the US, directly (e.g. software, support) or indirectly (e.g. competitive offerings).  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Named most senior IT executive, company name, full company address including zipcodes verified to US national standard, (telephone number), salutation.

Data is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.

• (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge

• (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.

Delivery

You can choose to receive your list as an Email attachment or, if you prefer, we can send the list to you on a CD-ROM.
